What payments does Shepherd collect?

Shepherd is only paid for the project work.

Shepherd collects payments in two phases.

1. The first payment is a deposit of $500 to get your project started.
2. The second payment is 35% (less the deposit) for our headhunter fee. This is paid by you to us after your hiring offer has been agreed and signed.
